Consisting of Brewhouse : electrically heated 6Kw ( 2Incaloy heaters) Kettle up to 120 liters . Heaters are on 3" Tri clam for easy removal and cleaning if required Hot water tank 1Kw heater 140 Liter capacity . Mash tun with wedge wire plate , capacity 22Kgs milled malt with water at 2.7 to 1 Plate heat exchanger 4pass ( now 6 pass !) with hot water recovery to hot water tank . Fitted with calibrated rotameter water flow Wort pump Midland Dairy variable speed with inverter . Hot water pump magnetic coupled All mounted on Polished Stainless steel frames .
