Have been dealing with Blackwater Motors (and Audi Cork who are run by the same people) for many years now. I wouldn’t use any other dealership in Cork at this point as I feel so valued as a customer here. They are very friendly, accommodating and fair, whether you are dealing with the sales staff or service. Will return and would highly recommend!

My car had a warning light appear on the dash, car got towed to blackwater cork. Kept me up to date, found the fault and got me sorted! Back on the road within a few days.

I love my van, and they have a very nice show room, but I have never had good service here. Not once did I feel like they actually care about what I am saying. 3 times I asked for an issue to be resolved and it was never addressed. They add charges without telling me, and leave you sitting and waiting without so much as a hello.

The aftercare is appalling.
Bought 3 cars in total from Blackwater on Forge Hill. The most recent car is 3 years old and bought 2 months ago. 3 weeks after buying, an engine management light came on. Services told us it would be a month before it would be looked at. A car that’s 3 weeks old??? Eventually had to bring it to Skibbereen who was shocked we weren’t looked after better. Another engine management light came on 4 weeks later. Again refused to book it in despite knowing it’s a work car. The sales person I used said he’d try follow up and then ignored my partners text and calls afterwards. I ended up getting it booked in myself with them telling me I was mistakenly booked in and it took them 4 days to diagnose and fix the car so we had 4 days with loss of earnings right before Christmas.
The aftercare is appalling from the sales team. They take your money and wash their hands of you. The GM is condescending and passive aggressive. The only reasonable person I spoke with was Alan in services. But it still isn’t good enough to have such problems on a car bought 2 months ago and not take fixing it seriously. The services department is understaffed and they should open Saturday if the work load is too much in line with the Fermoy depot. The last car we’ll be purchasing from them.
