BMW 5 Series 530e Plug In Hybrid SE Auto

I have done business with Robbie and the team in RMC for years. All "used car salesman" jokes aside, I could not speak highly enough of Robbie, Adrian and Alan. Brilliant service and more importantly, when something needs to be done it gets done. The reality of second hand buying is that things don't always go to plan, despite best efforts. The lads always return calls, always offer a solution and never let us down. The quality of stock speaks for itself. I would strongly recommend dealing with them.

If I could give 0 or -5 Stars , I would. This is the worst business I had to deal with, I would not recommend this company for a tyre change...not mentioning buying a car. I purchased a 2015 used car from them, and The Engine Management Light came on just few miles after I collected...4 months later, they still don't know what is wrong, after having the car 2 months in their back yard. I had to take the car to the Main dealer for a Diagnostic, because it was too expensive for them to do it, and even with the report from the Main dealer, they did not fix it, as would cost them too much. Keep giving stupid explanation , that maybe would have worked if I did not had the means to check what he was keep telling me. -they have NO qualified technicians -they don't answer to your questions, -they like to play the "miscommunication" card Robert sent the car back with loose connection, pipes, wires, screws...in a very dangerous driving condition, and he did not even answer to the message when i sent him the pictures... Stay away from RMC and Robert !

My partner bought a car from here, she gave the full asking price for the car on the condition that the car was checked over serviced as to give at least a few months trouble free motoring, soon after there was costly problem after problem associated with lack of service/checks on the car. ultimately the engine completely failed and needed replacement, stay well away from this dealer and save yourself a lot of headache. It’s only going to be a matter of time before the quality of cars sold here cause some serious accidents. reviews here are either 1 star or similar 5 stars… read them closely is my advice.
