I would personally like to thank Kevin and Trish for their excellent customer service. I'm absolutely delighted with my M4 purchase (a dream car!). These BMW staff are respectful, professional, well spoken and very accommodating and open to negotiation. I've had a terrible experience in the past with a main dealer which still leaves me with a bitter taste, but Colm Quinn BMW was a slow recovery to my overall impression and trust in main dealers. Without going into specifics, I was amazed at how honest and open they were in communicating as well as providing the best overall customer experience. They even delivered my car to me in Dublin!
