Fantastic service at MSL Ballsbridge from start to finish, I purchased my car there a couple of years ago, (trading in my Golf) and returned it last month due to an unexpected move overseas. As soon as I’m home, I’ll be popping into Gavan and the team to hopefully purchase another. Gavan couldn’t have be nicer to me throughout the entire process and I’m so grateful for that, especially when it came to returning the car before traveling, which was quite a stressful and busy time. MSL offered me a fantastic trade in deal, much better than in the VW dealership at that time and they were super fair and kind when it came to buying my A-Class back off me. The car service team on Pottery Road were lovely too and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of with additional costs etc. All in all a great experience and far better than any other I’ve experienced with other dealerships/service centers.

Highly recommended and would be delighted to refer anybody here as the staff were so kind and can't do enough for you and treat you old friends catching up. Thank you to all the team as Mercedes balls bridge for looking after me so well with special thanks to John in particular for his wonderful service.
