Friendly staff, efficient service, good pricing for car service

Called in recently to price a new Octavia, trading in a 231 Octavia, ‘met’ the owner Pat, who might I add is one pig ignorant man, rude, aggressive in tone and out of order with a lecture of what a trade in is worth, yet couldn’t give a price on a new one, clueless!! Never, ever have I been spoken to like that by a car sales man before. The audacity and rudeness shown was unbelievable. Avoid like the plague, how that man has the Skoda franchise above his door is beyond me!! Business taken elsewhere.
