Got a service today on a EV6 and couldn't be happier with the team in Jack Dorans. Everything from explaining what was done and why was first class. Service and sales team are thoughtful and helpful in everything they do.

Service department need some customer service training went in with a issue and before I could finish speaking I was shut down with "that's impossible and it's not are fault" it was obvious from the way he cut across me I wasn't the first to have this issue incredibly rude man who didn't want to deal with the problem just wanted to get me out of the building as soon as he could would highly recommend not dealing with this lot they accept no responsibility for anything they do I will be on citroen Ireland and the ombudsman
