Have been dealing with Blackwater Motors (and Audi Cork who are run by the same people) for many years now. I wouldn’t use any other dealership in Cork at this point as I feel so valued as a customer here. I love my van, and they have a very nice show room, but I have never had good service here. Not once did I feel like they actually care about what I am saying. 3 times I asked for an issue to be resolved and it was never addressed. They add charges without telling me, and leave you sitting and waiting without so much as a hello. My VW is great. Worst dealership experience I have ever had
