Spectacular Charles Barr solid flame mahogany dining table , display unit and dining chairs. This is QUALITY furniture. Bought in Casey's Cork 20 years ago. Still have the receipt. Cost €15800. Dining table could sit 12 - I've sat 10 easily. Unextended 170cm - with one leaf 220cm - with 2 leaves 270cm. Leaves store inside the table. All dovetail joints. 2 tripod legs with solid brass lions feet fittings. All leaf fittings are solid brass. Width of table 114cm. Unit is 210cm high to plinth. Pediment (which is detachable) adds another 15cm so 225cm in maximum height. 210cm wide. Four glass doors - all glass is individually cut and mounted in putty. Height adjustable internal glass shelves. Mirrored back in glass cabinet. Touch dimmer internal lighting. Base unit has 4 cupboards and 4 drawers. All antique brass hinges locks keys and handles.Top and base can be separated for ease of transport. 6 solid mahogany dining chairs. Beautiful fluted columns and carvings on unit.
