Air cons in ALL rooms, long front and rear Gardens, own large private swimming pool-with large Patio Awning & breakfast table., all tiled areas, seats etc. Also, we have 2 cots, 1 high chair, and 1 pushchair. 2 pull shopping trolleys & free parking. All doors & windows are newly installed with double glazed glass. Automatic shutters on all widows & doors. Villa is 10 minutes’ walk to Puerto Marina Benalmadena & beach, & 15 mins by train from Malaga Airport to Villa. Only 4 mins by train to Torremolinos, & 15 mins to Malaga City, and the other direction 5 minutes to Fuengirola./Mijas.. Train Station is in the centre of the little town. Arroyo Del La Meil is the home of the famous Fun Park Tivoli World, & Cable Cars, & 10 mins to Aqualand Water Park Torremolinos, the biggest water park on the Costa. It also has a number of large skateboard parks in that area of Arroyo Del La Meil. The Villa & property is very quiet and peaceful. Can accomadate 6 people maximium, and rented out only on that basis.
