Good Working Condition Arm length 1000mm Veneer thickness 0.4 – 1.5mm Feed speed 8 – 18m/min Power required 0.8KW Dimensions 1350 x 500 x 1300 Casati Z1000 Veneer Stitcher The Casati Z1000 is used for joining veneer sheets byapplying a thermoadhesive glue thread in a zigzag pattern along the seam. Theglue thread is heated by an electric resistance system and oscillated to bond two veneer sheets together before the pressing process. The machine is built on a solid welded steel frame, providing high rigidity and durability. All primary functions are managed through the control panel, which allows: Electronic control of the heating temperature Continuous adjustment of the heating unit’s oscillation speed Manual thread cutting via pushbutton The motor starts automatically when veneer sheets are fedinto the machine by the operator. Thread cutting is also performed automatically when new sheets are inserted. The feed speed can be continuously adjusted from 8 m/min upto approximately 18 m/min using a handwheel mounted on the machine base.
