Antique chair and footstool needing TLC

Oak chair, possibly child's, needs new seat. Joints and wood sound. 36 inches high, 16 inches wide. (92h×40w x 15d). Very old upholstered foot stool, possibly 18th century, very hand made. Needs some attention to woodwork in one of side stretchers, and reupholstering. Loads of character. 12 inches wide, 10 inches deep, and 8 inches high (30×25×20) For sale together as nice little project. I'd do them myself if I had time. Make an offer!
