36ft catering trailer, very high output trailer. 2x5 ft gas griddles, 1 frymaster mj45, 1 bank of 2 frymaster mj35s with chip dump. 2 large sinks and one small hand wash sink. Electric water heater for big sinks and small water heater for hand washing. Large upright drinks cooler, 6ft chest freezer, three door salad counter fridge, small under counter fridge. Also has dishwasher, at the rear of the trailer there is a large room accessed from outside which has water tank and space for as many gas bottles as you could ever need.
