**STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARAGE!!!**

If I could give 0 stars I would. Bought a Mondeo in march. 6 month warranty included. Car had a problem end of August. Went to their mechanic 2nd september. Sat for weeks and couldn't be solved. Asked for a courtesy car, couldn't be given one. Weeks went by and I asked for a replacement altogether. Was refused and told it had to go to ford. I declined as told by CCPC, and sought legal advice, and told them to do nothing further to the car. They then went behind my back and sent the car to ford in Derry for a health check which came back with more faults. I was told then the car was fine to take back and NONE of the old faults or the new ones were fixed and worse still, they tried to charged me £100 for something I didn't ask for. I had to pay €150 for an independent inspection which confirmed all faults plus more. Solicitors letter sent which they didn't bother to respond too and now have to pursue further. €11400 for a car which they don't stand by! Oh and warranty means nothing as they claimed I was outside my warranty period when I wasn't.

Don't give them any of your money and don't buy any car from them, only now I see what they're like and other customers of theirs have told me the same nightmare situations
