Bredal B50 Lime Spreaders Fully Rebuilt

Bredal B50 spreaders Fully Rebuilt Every Part is NEW except for the axle and wheels which are a repurposed 10 Stud ROR truck Axles (New also available). These spreaders have Hydraulic Brakes and Lights along with a Fully Galvanized Belt Box which has been Primed and Painted over. Also the Spreaders Feature a Fully Galvanized Roller Bed with greasable Cast Bearings, the same as original unlike the newer plastic bearings and and plastic rollers which are prone to sticking. The capacity of these spreaders is around 6 ton however customers have been loading them up as far as 7 Ton. The Spreaders feature a large hopper with reinforced chassis and axle to take the Weight. The chassis and Hopper Frame are made of all heavy wall 6MM Box section which is much heavier than original spreaders. These spreaders are also available with a Fully galvanized hoppers as (special order). Hydraulic slip clutch for the floor belt is an option we also fit which allows the Spreader Discs to spin but stop the floor belt which allows for the last of the Lime / Fertilizer outside the back door to be spread and avoids carrying along the road. A hydraulic back door can also be fitted. Other extras include a new Axle and New Wheels and or Rims. The spreaders are fitted with a heavy belt and an extended draw bar to clear the wheels/mudguards of larger tractors. A spinner Guard has been added to prevent damage when reversing the spreader.
