Kitchen fully equipped with top quality appliances.   High end finish, HRV system cleanses the air every two hours, triple glazing, oil-fired central heating as back-up to solar heating, pressurised showers etc. Bedlinen and towels (excluding beach towels) supplied.   Located in a gated complex with expansive enclosed communal green area, large patios to front and rear, balcony, secure parking. Safe environment for small children.   Restaurants, hotels, pubs and shops including large supermarket only five minutes' walk from the house.   Beaches and cliffs within touching distance (almost!) and a children's playground near entrance gates.a   World renowned Ballybunion Golf Links just ten minutes' drive away - an ideal base for golfers to also visit Tralee, Killarney and Adare golf clubs, (note: possible availability for the Masters 2027). Doonbeg and Lahinch golf courses are just a short distance from the Tarbert/Killimer ferry.   Ballybunion provides stunning surfing waves, seaweed baths, soft sandy beaches, dolphin displays, cliff walks, bird sanctuaries, gourmet dining (& fast food too), great pubs & entertainment, all with the backdrop of the Atlantic Ocean, Loop Head & the Shannon Estuary.   Ideal also as a base from which to explore the Wild Atlantic Way & the Ring of Kerry.   Not available for stag/hen/house parties.
