BENDING MASCHINE 1400/1,5 mm DACHDECKER

The manual bending machine is intended for manual cutting and bending of sheet metal while keeping the parameters stated by the manufacturer. It is made of the high quality steel and coated with powder paint. All accessories and smaller parts of the device are protected against corrosion by zinc coating. The bending machine has been constructed in a way enabling adjustment of individual parts. Such structure allowed us to obtain high rigidity of the bending machine. The bending machine is also equipped with several mechanical adjustment elements, such as: pressing beam incline angle, pressing beam pressure and symmetry set-up against the lower beam. During cutting a sheet metal, the disc cutter can be left inside the guides at the edge of the machine without a necessity to put it away. Al structural elements of the bending machine are adjusted and it is not necessary to adjust anything. EQUIPMENT: 1. DISC CUTTER blades (discs) are made of high-alloy steel (max. thickness of zinc-plated sheet steel is 0.80 mm). Weight: 5 kg. You can also purchase new discs separately in case the old ones are worn. 2. FRONT LIMITERS It is very useful for serial sheet metal cutting operations. The front limiters are used in all repeatable operations. They keep the same length of the plate being cut repeatedly. 3. LOWER TABLE EQUIPPED WITH LIMITERS (1000 mm) enables placing the sheet metal and its free movements. This table can be used as a storage tray for sheet metal. 4. ANGLE SETTING DISC allows bending sheet metal at any angle ranging from 0° to 155°. The angle measuring disc allows quick setting the angle and bending sheet metal at any angle in case of one piece or several pieces without the necessity to set the angle bumper. 5. BENDING MACHINE WHEELS AND STEERING SYSTEM using a system of rotating wheels equipped with brakes, enables free movement of the bending machine. 6. SINGLE POSITION BENDING PLATE ANGLE LIMITER bending angle ranging from 0 to 155 degrees.
