They are mounted on a wall or ceiling and produce a wide sound dispersion thanks to their (bipolar) operating characteristics. Size - 13-1/2" W x 10-1/4" H x 4" D Rear Speaker The 77DS is a distributed surround speaker with two side-firing 100 mm Airgel woofers and 25 mm soft dome tweeters in each speaker , which is designed to be mounted in pairs behind the listener, on the rear or side wall. Missions reproduce music beautifully. They are accurate, clean yet sweet sounding. That means, they are neither flat nor lifeless sounding. They are wonderful effects speakers. I have jumped more than once at the realistic sound of a round getting chambered from a movie track.
