I never had an automatic car before, so whenever I thought there was something wrong with the new car (even though there wasn't!), I always immediately called Ben. Ben has always been very patient and helpful. He definitely does care even after the purchase! I cannot thank you enough, Ben, for the great car and the great support! It's been a real pleasure. We bought our first car in Ireland from Ben Henry Motors as part of our search for a reliable, safe, and low-mileage vehicle. Ben and Ger were excellent and gave us all the time we needed to make our decision. They were patient enough to answer all our questions and let us test multiple cars (sometimes more than once). We took our time deciding what vehicle we wanted before notifying B&H Motors. Following that, they quickly arranged delivery of our car, which was in an immaculate condition. I noticed one very minor issue with the car involving a sensor that I notified the team about. B&H Motors solved it on the spot on the same day. Any follow-up questions I had they were also quick to respond to. All in all, I couldn't be more happy and will be returning here for my next upgrade. I can't recommend them highly enough.

This was good because I wasn't familiar with the procedures of how to get the NCT and car insurance here in Ireland, and Ben helped me with all of them. An example to remark on was that the car initially didn't have the SatNav system upgraded for Ireland, but Ben was able to solve it, which shows his commitment and reliability with the customer.
