Sometimes issues don’t work out as you anticipated, and this was the case after I purchased a car from Holden’s Motors and a mechanical issue occurred. However, the after service and co-operation I received from Jamie and the team in Holden’s was second to none. A quality replacement car was provided and weekly contact with updates in relation to my own motor was par for the service. I would certainly purchase another car from Holden’s, with the knowledge now of a superb after sales if any issues materialise. My recent experience with Holden’s Motors serves as a testament to the fact that even in the face of mechanical setbacks, exceptional customer service can turn what might seem like a misstep into a reaffirmation of trust and reliability.
