BMW X1 F48 Sdrive20i B48 2.0i LCI

I booked my BMW in for a recall and service at Frank Keane BMW Naas Road and the service was excellent. A replacement part had to be ordered which took couple of days, I was offered a courtesy car as a gesture, great customer care. Repairs were done to a fantastic standard. All staff I’ve had dealing with were really friendly. James from the service team looked after us and he was very helpful and professional from start to finish.

Pre purchase service and delivery service deserve a 5 star, the period in between (means 1 year of waiting) deserve 3. Car was promised in 6 months then eventually got a delay of other 6 and was very challenging to have answers or even reach the person who sold me the car. I have to say that delivery service delete all those bad memories and Brendon Larkin and his staff been absolutely amazing, very pleasant people to talk to and highly trained. I will definitely buy from them again

Car serviced this morning at Frank Keane BMW Motors, Naas Road, Dublin. Checked my car in online yesterday evening, which made everything very smooth on arrival. Chelsea was very helpful and kept me updated. I waited around for the car, as it was only a small service. If you need to wait anywhere for your car, the waiting area is comfortable with tea and coffee to hand. In addition, there is a great collection of vintage BMWs and a Ferrari to view.
