Citroen Berlingo demo Sale Enterprise 100 MWB 1

I was buying my first new car and wasn't familiar with the process. Lads in Bolands Waterford did a great job and walked me through everything. Great experience, lovely car!!!!! Fantastic customer service- always available, flexible, all questions answered, I was really well looked after. Very happy with my purchase ☺️ and the service I received. OK. Need to amend my review, the car purchase was great as described above but....there was also €200 voucher as a part of the purchase deal. I'm still waiting to receive it...no replies to my follow up messages, no update, absolutely nothing, been ignored. So I'm questioning the customer service now.

Fantastic service in Bolands Waterford. Cannot speak highly enough at the three people at the service desk. Friendly demeanour, efficient service and overall felt very welcomed. They answered any questions I had in a way that was easy to understand. Five stars, ten out of ten.

I can't say enough for the help I got this week from, Ken, Holly and Leah. 5 star treatment with an emergency issue and got me back on the road safely to make my appointment. Ken went above and beyond to sort me out and came out and explained everything in detail when collecting my car. They are a team that take customer service to the next level.
