This was my first time ever buying a car and upon visit I was assured that the car was in good shape. Admitably I didn’t know much about cars and relied completely on the salesman Patrick. I bought the car on the first week of January and within the first week of February had spent 680 euros on repairs. Within the first month the engine light came on, the wiring in the windows stopped working and my local mechanic told me the brakes were unsafe to be on the road with. As I was only learning to drive at the time, I had only driven the car 4 times that month. I ended up being in the garage once every two months until the car broke down 10 months later. I spent €1800 in total getting the car repaired. I initially paid for a 3 month engine and gear box warranty and when I rang about the problems I was met with total disinterest. As a college student, I had saved up to buy the car it was nothing but a disheartening experience. I would not recommend to anyone to purchase a car from here.

Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced. 6 weeks after initial visit and a lot of follow up calls still nothing done. Definitely would not recommend to anyone!
*Further to your response, i told you the part was available and gave you the details of the garage but it was still not ordered. I was also told it was covered my the Mapfre warranty but Mapfre told me it wasnt. After you refused to answer my calls or messages I went to a garage that resolved the problem which was not the issue you diagnosed. I was not contacted for payment either.
