Dealing with Shane Carroll for the last few years in Sheils. It's the only garage I've gone to more than once to purchase a new van. He is very profesional, knowledgeable and good humoured. A smooth transaction from start to finish. Gave me great options on purchasing and nothing was a problem. Loretta in Customer Service was very helpful and always answered my queries and returned my phone calls. All my dealings with Sheils Garage have been stress free. I can't praise Sheils and Declan Kenny in particular highly enough. I've been treated shoddily in many showrooms over the years, so I almost didn't know how to react when I first went to Sheils! I've bought a few cars off Declan and he has always been professional, reliable, attentive, accommodating and affable. Highly recommended if you're interested in purchasing and want to be treated as a valued customer. Also, I find the servicing team in Sheils extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating - they even gave me an office to work in the last time I left my car in!

just picked my 7th purchase from sheils galway . i keep coming back for the professional knowledge and good service given to me by shane nothing is too much trouble and his no rush no push approach makes the buying process simple and stress free. you can shop around but i have found they always give you a good deal and have a good service team behind them if there are any issues which i must say i have had very few . so you want good advise and good deal might be worth while calling into shane i know he will do his best for you .
