Ford Ranger Ranger D/cab P/U Wildtrak - 2.0 td

I was having my car serviced, from booking a time to checking the vehicle in the whole process was a very easy. I was kept updated during the service and given information on what needed to be done to the car. The video of the inspection was very helpful. Collection was quick and easy. I also spoke to a staff member about possibly getting new car, this person was very knowledgeable and listened to what I need and want from a car. A test drive was arranged and they emailed me all the relevant information very quickly after our conversation. All the staff I dealt with were professional, friendly and very helpful.

I was thoroughly impressed by the customer service I experienced while purchasing my new car at Frank Keane, Sandyford. I initially dealt with Owen when choosing my car who was very knowledgeable and really took the time to help me choose my new car. Sarah assisted me with the handover and again, the experience could not have been better, in terms of professionalism, personalness and vehicle knowledge. Very smooth process!

All the staff at Frank Keane were professional and helpful to deal with from start to end. I’d quite a few repairs on my car but they’ve done a great job and the car feels like new! I especially appreciated that my car was washed and vacuumed on return :) bonus. Thank you.
