Auto Boland opened its new premises on the Cork Road in 2005 on what has now become Waterford’s ‘motor mile'. An intensive renovation took place to the exterior and interior of the building over the course of 4 months during 2018 and was completed in September 2018. The renovated showroom is the ultimate reflection of Volvo’s heritage and is designed to reflect Scandinavian-inspired values of calm and clean lines. 
Our new showroom and workshop are designed to remove some of the perceived barriers between dealer and customer, as customers can now sit in our “living area” and watch our mechanics deliver the highest standard of work to their vehicle, improving trust and confidence.

Would be handy if the parts counter had someone who wasnt a sales man... a mechanic of some kind would be ideal 😂. the guy was literally clueless and had zero interest in selling me the parts i wanted to buy.

I would advise anyone thinking of buying a car here to think twice, nothing but a bad experience and I have given it 3 months for it to be sorted. Dealt with Hubert, bought a brand new 232 Honda Civic and traded in a 181 Honda Civic. Was told I would get 20,000 as a trade in and on the day somehow went to 19,650 but as I already made the trip from Dublin, changed insurance etc. was forced to buy it as it was on a Saturday and could not drive my own car as it was uninsured at that point. Told me I would get a boot cover, never got it and has promised on numerous ocassions I would get it delivered and still to no avail I have not gotten it. Told me I would get a cleaning kit, didn't get it. Was told the car would be full of petrol for my trip home, had enough to get me on the road. Asked for the servicing schedule to be sent, never got it.  Customer service called to ask my experience and when I told them they said they would get back as it's not to their standard, never heard from them again and when I called on many occassions asking for customer service I was told one "didn't exist" in the dealership...? And as for getting into contact with Hubert himself he is only interested if you're buying something off him not the after care process at all, I even called once to tell him a problem with the car and he assured me he would speak to the mechanic and let me know asap and to no shock I got no response. The car itself that I bought wasn't the cleanest, there was dirt in the front of the car and dust on the car outside which tells me wasn't cleaned for me taking it home. This is my 3rd Honda to buy and I would never buy from here again as it's the typical salesman promising everything and falling short in every regard. I can't stress enough if you are buying a car go to a different dealership as it wasn't the experience I expected buying a brand new car.

Slammed with a 200pound insurance fee upon arrival if you don't own a credit card.
Said it takes 28days for a 50pound deposit.
Joke of a place and I do not recommend
