I bought a car from Drive Vauxhall and the overall support from Alex during the purchase was fantastic... I've bought with such confidence before and was genuinely impressed. Cars being cars there was an issue that needed some repair work, and they sorted me out with a courtesy car for the duration of the repairs, and dazzled me with their customer service values and standards. Laura kept me informed throughout and made sure everything was sorted when I got my car back. Absolutely fantastic service.... can't recommend highly enough!

Steve and his team in the service department are nothing short of brilliant. I’ve received excellent customer service at every visit since I became a customer; they always go one step further than you expect, and I’m not easily pleased. Every time I visit, I promise to leave a review, then duly forget. Well this time Steve has pulled it out of the bag once again, before the AA have even picked me up from the M1, and for that I’ll be eternally grateful. From the back of a recovery truck on the M1, thank you Steve, you’re a legend!
