Bought first Kia Stonic form lovely sales person Nicolas in 2022, found her very good to deal with and now returned in 2024 to trade in old car and bye new again dealing with Nicola again. I had the most fantastic experience of buying my Kia Sportage from Nicola at Kia Renmore. The staff are extremely efficient. My finance was approved in such a short space of time and the application process was seamless. Nicola was in regular contact with all updates over e-mail. I collected the car and I was shown all the fabulous features. I spotted a small scratch on the driver door. It was whisked away and it came back like new again. Huge thanks to Nicola, very quick to communicate, initially through email, then WhatsApp..... I test drove several Sportages with different drivetrains, Nicola even arranged for a long range test of a PHEV Sportage so I could get some real life fuel economy numbers.
