Excellent service. Pick up at the cruise ship berth. Car an older model. but in good order. A good price charged. Will use again. Also does airport pickups for car rental.

Got my first car from them on Tuesday. First talking to the father and than his son Gary (pretty sure his name was) and excellent customer service. There were a few small problems with the car and brought it down to them today and all sorted within an hour with no hassle whatsoever . Would definitely recommend.

I recently had a very unpleasant experience with Great Island Motors. I arranged a phone appointment to view a used car and was instructed to call 10 minutes before arriving. However, when we got there, an employee told us to wait for the salesperson. We ended up waiting outside in the pouring rain for over an hour. During this time, a couple of staff members approached us, asked what we were waiting for, but then left without providing any help. After an hour of waiting and feeling completely ignored, we had enough and decided to go home. I cannot recommend Great Island Motors due to their poor customer service and disregard for clients' time.
