Had to call in this morning with a faulty 12v battery, everything sorted in less than one hour under warranty. It’s a pleasure to deal with Jennifer and all the staff in the service department, I would have no hesitation in recommending this dealership to everyone

I had my 212 Kia Niro EV serviced today, 17/08/2023. The service I received was nothing less than fantastic. The staff were brilliant right from taking my call when I booked the service appointment two weeks ago, and when I arrived for service today, they greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcomed. They said my vehicle would be ready by 1:00 p.m., and the car was washed and prepared for collection bang on time. Jennifer and Adam in Service explained the service that was done and how they had addressed all my concerns that were raised when I booked in for service. They were very patient and very professional throughout. I would easily recommend them for servicing.
