Mercedes-Benz CL500, NCT until October 2024!

2004 Mercedes-Benz CL500 Facelift V8 Petrol. The 5.0L naturally aspirated version of the V8 "M113" engine in this CL500 model is widely known to be both Mercedes and AMG's most reliable production petrol engine to date. This low mileage example has a great service history and has been well mantained throughout its life. Brand new battery, ignition coils, spark plugs and alternator just fitted this week! This facelift CL500 model was the last have the highly acclaimed hydraulic ABC (Active Body Control) suspension which keeps the car flat under heavy cornering. Suspension height can be raised or lowered in a matter of miliseconds with a push of a button! Newer models scrapped the ABC instead for the more conventional "Airmatic" system which is prone to air leaks and doesn't provide the same rapid adjustments as the ABC. This car comes with a few tasteful modifications such as: 18" AMG Monoblock alloy wheels (worth €1,500 alone!), Body coloured Maxton Design front splitter and rear boot lip spoiler, Revised Beru ignition coils and 1 step colder NGK Spark Plugs, Centre resonator delete and X-Pipe fitted to improve exhaust flow, Rear Back Box delete with CL55 AMG exhaust tips (Original will come with car also), Custom TCU tune to increase gearshift speed and rev limiter safely raised to 7,000rpm, Custom ECU software adjusted for Irish E10 fuel to improve both power and efficiency. Peak power is now up to 340hp from the original 306hp! NCT valid until the end of October 2024, car has done very little mileage since the last test. Only a 3 owner car from new with genuine low mileage. Paintwork, bodywork and interior are in immaculate condition. Great value for money for what was once a €120,000 car when new!
