The Best car dealership ive ever dealt with, great bunch of guys and most helpfull

Very poor and negligent customer service from Joe Duffy Mini, made me feel like they are doing you a favour. Long story short- I went to their competitor,  was pleasantly served there so I bought my new car from them.

Absolutely appalled with the level of customer service which I received. I was charged above the odds for sub standard work on my mini. When I got a 3rd party mechanic to review the job, I was told that it was bad workmanship and they had essentially taken a hammer to my car. Not to mention that I was treated like an idiot and that I didn't understand what I was talking about. The service advisor clearly has zero tolerance for dealing with the public. Highly rude and unapologetic when confronted about the fact that they had damaged the wishbone bushing that I had just paid them a ridiculous amount to replace.  Also rang in today regarding a warning light that I have on my dashboard. I told them exactly what the light and issue was however I was told that I have to pay 120 for a diagnostic check before they would even look at the problem. Daylight robbery!!

Due to Covid we should book ahead for a routine service. I called them like 3 times for booking an appointment and every time someone will say a member of service team will call you back for getting my details. None of them called me back, yet. Really unprofessional.
