Don’t trust Des. Went to view a car on Saturday that I wanted to buy, we asked specifically how long the car has been sitting up for he said it was only freshly imported 2 weeks ago no other owners in Ireland. How come the NCT was done October 2023 it’s April 2024 so the car has been sitting up 6 months. When I questioned him on this he rang me straight away after getting caught out lying. Instead of apologies and being honest he said “that is freshly imported” while laughing trying to play it off as if I was the one in the wrong. Got thick when I told him he wasn’t being honest. When we viewed the car he should have said it was there 6 months not 2 weeks. No fresh NCT when you buy the car no negotiating prices nothing better off buying elsewhere.
