Nissan QASHQAI 1.3 PET Mild Hybrid SV Premium Fro

I was buying my first new car and wasn't familiar with the process. Lads in Bolands Waterford did a great job and walked me through everything. Great experience, lovely car!!!!! Fantastic customer service- always available, flexible, all questions answered, I was really well looked after. Very happy with my purchase ☺️ and the service I received. OK. Need to amend my review, the car purchase was great as described above but....there was also €200 voucher as a part of the purchase deal. I'm still waiting to receive it...no replies to my follow up messages, no update, absolutely nothing, been ignored. So I'm questioning the customer service now.

5 stars all round to all staff in Hyundai Bolands Waterford. . I have received a first rate service when purchasing a lovely Hyundai Tucson and also all after care as well. I am from Sligo and I definitely would go back again for the support and service which is compared to none around my area. Very happy satisfied customer. 😊

Rang in Hyundai bolands to book a breakdown . Holly and Ken the service manager were very helpful and got me in the next day and the car was up and running the following day. Ken then walked me to my car and was very professional and polite . Overall a great experience and I will book all my services with them .
