We were able to test drive a car similar to one we were interested in purchasing for several hours and were offered to take it again if we felt the need to do so. I was dealing with noel the salesperson, who was so helpful, very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. Noel is so professional at what he does. Bought a new qashqai from Noel in Cooney Motors recently and was so pleased with the service I received. It is my second qashqai. Having purchased the first one from Noel 7 years ago and being totally satisfied with the service since I had no hesitation returning to him again for the new one. I find him so patient and clear in his explanation of every step of the purchasing process. I never get the sense from him that I am taking up too much time. His patience and clarity extends not only to the actual choosing of the car, the driving of it, the explanations of the various and numerous settings, etc but also to the paper work involved from the first steps to the completion of the registration and the application forms for the tax disc. Some of my previous experiences of being a customer in various garages have not been so positive but in Cooneys, dealing with Noel, I feel respected and valued. A few days after my purchase I received a call from Noel enquiring How I was doing with my new purchase and wishing me all the best. Thank you so much Noel for your attention and respect.
