Disappointed, website says service from €100 I just had to pay €170.00 as this is apparently the standard service price. The website also says a free car wash after the service. This is untrue as well. So no I won't be using them again.

Not going back there!! Website price special €100 for service and your car gets washed. I just paid €170 as its the standard fee for a service i was told. Apparently the Website is wrong. Should have stuck with Best Drive 🚗.

I will recommend to as many people as possible to never order a recovery truck from O Briens motors. My car broke down on the grounds of Ardkeen hospital yesterday, not an ideal place to break down. I was prepared to wait any amount of time for the recovery truck to arrive. The problem I have with O Briens motors is I was lied to 3 times with the first 3 phone calls reassuring me that Jimmy was on his way, only 10 minutes away infact. I received a 4th apologetic phone call now saying Jimmy had to deliver 'SOME PARTS'. This was a barefaced lie.
I was told to, and did,  stand at Ardkeen hospital waiting for the recovery truck for 1 hour and 5 minutes.
Very very poor service. I will forever advise people to stay away from O Briens motors.
Ye shouldn't lie to your customers.

A small part was needed it took weeks to arrange and then for one piece of rubber pipe to be swapped cost over 600.. their website states "For a Fast, Efficient and Wallet Friendly Car Repair Service Waterford City Call in and See us :-)" in my experience it was anything but, using car dealership one now might as well have the right people do it for the same price. Seemed to be off on the day not sure why I had to pay for that though. Buyer beware!
