Peugeot 5008 1.5 Bluehdi 130bhp Allure

I was buying my first new car and wasn't familiar with the process. Lads in Bolands Waterford did a great job and walked me through everything. Great experience, lovely car!!!!! Fantastic customer service- always available, flexible, all questions answered, I was really well looked after. Very happy with my purchase ☺️ and the service I received. OK. Need to amend my review, the car purchase was great as described above but....there was also €200 voucher as a part of the purchase deal. I'm still waiting to receive it...no replies to my follow up messages, no update, absolutely nothing, been ignored. So I'm questioning the customer service now.

5 stars all round to all staff in Hyundai Bolands Waterford. . I have received a first rate service when purchasing a lovely Hyundai Tucson and also all after care as well. I am from Sligo and I definitely would go back again for the support and service which is compared to none around my area. Very happy satisfied customer. 😊

An absolute pleasure to deal with Daniel & Tadhg during the purchasing of our car. Daniel made us feel at ease the minute we met him & was so natural & informative. He kept in contact via phone & email every step of the process until we drove away after collecting our car. He was never once pushy or condescending, which we have experienced in the past with other dealerships. His easy manner & kindness felt professional yet personal & wasn't like a sales pitch he had learned off. He introduced us to colleagues & really made the whole purchasing experience a dream. The level of service was 5star & most definitely worth travelling down from Tipp! We can't comment on the entire Bolands team but those we interacted with were exceptional!
