Seat Ibiza 1.2 low mileage

Seat ibiza mk3 1.2 liter Car has just had full service with timing chain replaced 3000km ago as should be replaced around this mileage, i have the old chain for proof of replacement. Cars clutch was replaced last year have pictures to prove. New Ball joint, new track rod end, two brand new front tyres and few bulbs replaced to pass Nct on 08-04-24. This car has a sunroof, cruise control, central locking and all electric windows. Lacquer on front bumper is pealing because of age and body could do with some work.
