Skoda Octavia Octavia RS 1.4 TSI 245 BHP IV

Our Škoda Superb (great car) developed a driver's side window regulator fault on Wednesday evening, right before the Easter bank holiday weekend (everything and everywhere closed from Friday to Monday). This meant that we could not close the driver's window, and we needed to be in Cork Thursday. Lena and Frances were absolutely super, we had a courtesy car arranged for Thursday, which we were allowed to keep for the easter holiday weekend as everywhere was closed. We picked up our car fully repaired this morning. Sincere thanks for the help and support to Lena and Frances. Much appreciated on a stellar customer support and customer service. They took care of everything, including the repair, arranging the courtesy car, transferring insurance back and forth, etc. We are a long term customer of Skoda Farranfore, with all of our servicing and any/all repairs done there over the last 10 years, all which was very professionally done.
