Volkswagen Golf 2016 GTE 1.4 TSI 204BHP AUTO

Brought a car for my wife from Noel. He was very helpful and informative. Car was ready to collect with full NCT, Service and valeted within a couple of days. Unfortunately a valve failed on the car almost immediately. Now I'm a realist and understand thing happen what impressed me was the way Noel and John dealt with it. The car was recovered, new valve ordered and replaced an we collected the car within a day or two. All the time Noel and John kept us posted at every stage . This is what customer service is all about.

I bought my E Class Mercedes in Premium Autos in April 2023 and now after 4 months I can say car is great , also dealing with John was simply pleasure. Car has brand new 2 years NCT , was clean like new , and the state of the car was great. All old service invoices from the previous owner so I can see what was done before. I was there to see the car and do the test drive and John was very patient answering all my questions. Also week later when I came to collect this beauty another portion of questions John survived patiently. I CAN HIGHLY RECOMMEND John and Premium Autos when you need a car .

Just bought a Toyota Corolla from here. Saw it the first day it came in, it was in pretty bad shape. Came in a week later to pick it up and it was absolutely pristine! Noel was very good to deal with, it was all very straightforward. Would recommend this place for sure.
