She booked it in the very next morning and within 24 hours of them receiving the car from a recovery truck the fault was diagnosed. She kept me up to date on everything and thanks to her my car should be fixed and home before Christmas 🤞 she could have just said we can’t help you until the new year but she went above and beyond for a customer who was ready for a mental breakdown with the stress!
