All good to say about my dealings for my new Fiat panda from Anthony, perfessional all the way, but not such an good experience on my visit on Wednesday with call back, dropped in car, women on service deck needs too brush up on people skills & drop the attitude, the scowl & headshake is not an good look too an customer, probably if I had been in suit & tie & not my work clothes, from the first phone call should have told me too get pick up till car ready (would not have been problem) it's true what they say respect & manners you can buy. My opinion

Poor and frustrating experience dealing with the service department. Service staff weren't too bothered about my concerns with my car, so i went to another nearby garage where they were beyond helpful and professional.
