Really excellent customer service, the ladies at reception couldn't be more helpful, no question was stupid, fare play to them, have bought a few cars here and will surely be back again

By far the worst branch of wilsons Auctions accross the UK and Ireland.

You succesfully register for luxury online government auction , you submit 1000 eur deposit and after all , your account is disabled for bidding without any relevant reason given!
You try to call the staff 3 times before the start of auction , and you get response someone will look into that and call you - you will never experience them calling back, which didnt even happen.

Returning deposit ? Its been 5 days  i still dont have it on my bank account back.

You email them 3 times for 3 different adressess, no reply. Irresponsive ignorant staff.

People avoid this place please!!!!!! Staff is completely useless. They not answering calls, not replying to messages. Descriptions of vehicles are different from that what you really pay for. Owner of the place on the phone conversation is unpleasant.
You think you run a perfect business cheating your customers? Without us you will be nothing. I asking you. Wher all my documents for a car which i bought a month back for more then 10k?
