Nice friendly dealership, and a parts department who was very welcoming, competent, and efficient.

Old school car dealership customer  focused not trying to rail road into a sale like many of the car dealership I've  dealt  with, patience.  Understanding   family  friendly  and good presentation  of the product so if you looking for real customer  focused car purchase  new or second hand KOPING is the one car dealer ship in my opinion is the one Thanks to Sale representative Declam M.top notch thank you with the purchase  .I generally  don't do reviews  but my experience  was excellent.

If I could leave 0 stars I would.
Left my car in for a fix to replace the coolant tank bleeder hose, got the car back and the very next day a bunch of errors relating to the towbar showed up that had never previously appeared since I got the car and had the towbar fitted 18 months previously.
The towbar is an official volvo part fitted by a main dealer.
It was barely used, maybe 2-3 times to carry a 7kg bicycle and small bike rack.
Koping had ran software on my car to erase error codes, this is on the original receipt.
They immediately said the errors were nothing to do with them, merely a coincidence that occurred straight after they had worked on the car.
Ultimately I then had to pay them 500euro to repair this problem. They have completely refused to even entertain the idea that the problem is down to the software they ran on my car.
The odds on this happening the day after they worked on the car and it being a coincidence are astronomical.
I feel I was let down badly by this dealer and their failure to even apologise or to entertain the idea that it might have been caused by the software they ran, is quite frankly outrageous in my view and the kind of thing I'd expect from a backstreet secondhand car dealer.
My advice to anyone is to avoid this dealer, they will leave you high and dry and only look to extract more money from you if you have any problems the next day after you get your car back from them.
Worst customer experience I have had in my life. I will never again buy another volvo or have anything to do with their dealers as a result.
