The Precor patented belt system adjusts the belts velocity 1000 times per second to match the natural changes in foot speed which helps provide a smooth, rhythmic stride. The easy to use handgrip sensors and telemetry monitor heart rate during workouts, helping users stay in an aerobic workout zone so they can optimize fat burn and improve cardio fitness. The P30 Console has an easy-to-use motion controls and focuses on the fitness statistics to help the runners. The console provide 25 programs and it also shows speed, incline, distance, pace, average speed, heart rate time elapsed, time remaining, percentage complete, time in zone, calories per minute, calories per hour, target heart rate(HR), average HR, elevation gain and workout summary.
