Wanted: Election Poster Installers

Job Title: Election Poster Installation Job Description: We’re seeking reliable subcontractors nationwide to undertake the installation and removal of election posters across designated areas in April 2024. This role is ideal for organized, efficient teams looking for short-term contract (4-5 days) work with competitive compensation. Posters will be supplied pre strapped with cable ties, ready to be installed on lampposts with the use of ladders. Removal of posters does not require the use of ladders - special equipment will be provided for this. Key Responsibilities: • Work in teams of three to efficiently install and remove election posters in assigned locations in your local area. • Ensure the secure and correct placement of posters, following all guidelines and training provided. • Must have large van to transport posters, equipment and team. Compensation: • €5,000 (+ VAT where applicable) per team, plus an additional allowance for equipment whereby, the sub-contractor can supply or hire adequate equipment required for the job: o 2 x straight 2.5m-4m aluminium ladder sections (can be one double ladder split in two) o 3 x pairs of work/safety gloves o 3 x high vis vests o 2 x pairs of hand snips/pliers Requirements: • Ability to work effectively in a team of three. • Commitment to maintaining high standards & following GPS route plans. • No prior experience required; full training will be provided. • Experience with ladders is a distinct advantage. • Availability for evening work (we install when roads are at their quietest).
