Holiday house Donegal 750 June, 850 J+A per week

Hi , This is our holiday house in St. John’s Point that we rent for weekly rent just in June, July and August. Check in and check out on a Saturday only. 750 June, 850 July/Aug per week. It is in an enclosed walled courtyard of just 6 houses and is very quiet and scenic. It has two bedrooms and can accommodate 5 guests plus a baby. One room has a double bed and a cot. The second room has a double bed and a single bed. Fully fitted kitchen and dining room. Electric shower. Bed linen, towels and electricity included in weekly rent. Cot and high chair in house. It is in St. John’s Point Which is 10 km long. Secluded beach within walking distance and coral beach 4 miles away very safe for kids. Very scenic and known for fishing, diving , swimming, cycling etc. Dunkineely village is one mile away on a very safe road and has a shop, a couple of pubs, takeaway etc .Within driving distance of killybegs, Donegal town , bundoran, rossnowlagh, letterkenny etc.Sea views from the sitting room and courtyard. The cover photo is from the courtyard. Pet farm with llamas ( you can take them for a walk) in Mountcharles, horse riding a few miles away, surfing in Rossnowlagh. Waterworld , cinema and amusements in bundoran. Free playgrounds with zip lines in Killybegs and Donegal town. Great restaurants in Donegal town and amazing fish and chips in Dunkineely takeaway. We can leave some books, games, colouring stuff for the kids and there is a TV. Lots to keep the kids happy and if the kids are happy the parents are happy! Also sea views from the back of property. No stag / hen parties or large groups of people allowed as nice peaceful quiet area and would like to keep it that way as we hope to retire there in the future. No smoking or vaping.
