'Seaward' is a spacious, three-bed dormer bungalow situated on a large site in a quiet, private location. The house is south-facing on an elevated site with sea views from most rooms and from the kitchen table. 'Seaward' is located near to the harbour area and RNLI Lifeboat House in Kilmore Quay The house is minutes walking distance from all village amenities including the harbour/ marina, two beaches, pubs, restaurants and shops. So park you car and put away your keys. You can walk everywhere you need to go! There's ample parking space behind and to the side of the house with room to accommodate several cars, boats, etc. At the front of the house, there's a very large, south-facing lawn which provides a safe space for kids and pets to play. There's also an outdoor seating area where you can eat al fresco and enjoy views of the sea at the same time. Inside the house, downstairs there's a large kitchen comprising cooking and dining areas. All mod cons including dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, microwave, etc. There's a separate sitting room with an open fire where you can watch Irish and UK TV channels or DVD's. * Internet available on request for a small fee. Olinda is smaller and located beside the harbour. It is flat and perfect for small children.
