BMW F800ST F800 ST Sport Tourer 2008 Midnight Blue

Well looked after bike. Serviced and maintained by its mature and careful owner. As an amateur rider I have never pushed it to its full potential. Never started the engine for no reason other than going for a spin when the engine warms up fully before the bike is put back into the garage. Very good overall condition with no major faults, no oil consumption, no leaks, no knocks or anything like that. The engine is smooth, quiet and very economical (71 - 77 mpg on average). It is the revised engine manufactured after the upgrades to the pistons and the hydraulic chain tensioner which were implemented around March 2008. Very same to the F800 GT, but with a few cm shorter wheel base and therefore slightly better handling than the GT model. It is equipped with the optional on board computer, the luggage side bags and the factory heated grips. Two keys and the owners manual. Good tyres, brakes, lights and all electrics. The power output is listed in the registration document - handy for Category A (Cat. A) licence test. Works carried in the last 12 months: - Regular oil services (every 3 to 5k miles) using the best synthetic oils (Ravenol 4-T Ester or Fuchs Silkolene Pro 4), - Oil filter Mahle OC619, - Air filter Mahle LX1293, - Iridium spark plugs NGK DCPR8EIX, - Inspected the valvetrain (new valve cover gasket installed), - Brake fluid changed and system flushed, - Coolant changed and the cooling system flushed, - Purchased new fuel filter Mahle KL315 (not scheduled for replacement, but will be given with the bike if not replaced before the sale), - The gear change lever axle nylon bushing was replaced with a custom made bushing for tighter fit (a new factory replacement part which I installed earlier had too much play for proper tight fit, which is "normal" with almost every bike). - Replaced 3 light bulbs and a few other bits. The belt was inspected some time ago - it is in good condition and properly tensioned. It is a ready to go and enjoy bike without expenses.
