You are invited to a food system research workshop: Tuesday 7th May 2PM – 4PM followed by refreshments MTU Kerry, North Campus, HCT Building Room J206 #Transport costs may be covered for those travelling for this workshop# We want to understand the needs of those working within the food system. We will focus on: - routes-to-market - business sustainability - increasing profits - decreasing loses An opportunity for livestock farmers (beef cattle, sheep, poultry/layers and broilers, pigs, dairy, goat) to meet each other, learn from each other and develop ways to work together to strengthen their business and benefit the local economy.
